Profili → Pyetje të shpeshta për porositë, çmimin, adresat dhe fshirjen e llogarisë.
Porositë për statusin: e pranuar, në proces, e përfunduar.
Profili → Adresat e mia për të shtuar, ndryshuar ose bërë kryesore një adresë.

Si bëj një porosi? Zgjidh shërbimin, konfirmo adresën dhe shto një shënim për vendndodhjen. Ekipi të kontakton për orarin.
Si caktohet çmimi? Çdo shërbim ka çmim bazë në aplikacion. Çmimi përfundimtar konfirmohet para fillimit.
A mund të anuloj? Po — na telefononi sa më shpejt. Anulimet e hershme zakonisht nuk kanë kosto shtesë.
Si e fshij llogarinë? Profili → Të dhënat e mia → Fshi llogarinë, ose shih faqen e fshirjes së llogarisë. Veprimi është i pakthyeshëm.

How do I book? Choose a service, confirm the address, and add a location note. We contact you to set the time.
How is price set? Each service shows a starting price. The final price is confirmed before work begins.
Can I cancel? Yes — call us as soon as you can. Early cancellations usually have no extra fee.
How do I delete my account? Profile → My details → Delete account, or see the account deletion page. This cannot be undone.
